Coaching terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These general terms explain how to enquire about coaching through NextUp Coaching. The specific services, session fees, dates, cancellation arrangements and any other relevant conditions will be agreed with you in writing before you buy paid coaching.
Introductory conversations
Booking an introductory conversation is an opportunity to discuss your goals and see whether coaching is a suitable fit. It does not commit either party to ongoing paid coaching.
Coaching services
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, goal-setting and decision-making. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal or financial advice, or a promise of any particular result. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Session duration, prices, payment arrangements, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be confirmed before any paid service begins. Where applicable, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any cancellation rights that apply to a remotely purchased service will be explained before purchase.
Confidentiality
We aim to treat coaching discussions as confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements and circumstances in which disclosure may be necessary to address serious risks of harm. How notes and personal information are handled is explained in our privacy notice.
Availability and communications
We may need to rearrange an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and will contact you using the details you provide. Please use nextupcoachinguk@gmail.com for enquiries.
Questions
If you have questions about these terms or your proposed coaching arrangements, email nextupcoachinguk@gmail.com before booking paid services.
